Fulfillment policy for Money Badger Marketing

Refund Policy – We do not offer refunds or money back guarantee policies of any kind. If a client is unsatisfied, we strive to negotiate a win-win arrangement which can be done by emailing the owner Tim Johnson Tim@moneybadgerdigital.com

Delivery Policies – Our services are delivered strictly digitally, and we begin work according to our procedures within 48 hours of receiving the initiating payment.

Return Policies – Because we deliver services digitally, there is nothing to return and therefore no return policies.

Cancellation Policy – Our subscriptions for SEO or lead generation services do not require a contract, but clients can cancel any time by contacting the owner tim@moneybadgerdigital.com. Email us your reasons for discontinuing, and allow us 48 hours to address any concerns or offer an alternative remedy that may be satisfactory.  If the final decision is to cancel, we simply require that the month in question be paid, and any payment after that will be cancelled according to the client's wishes. 

Note about Hosting: Clients hosting a website with us will always pay a minimum monthly subscription fee of 25.00 USD for hosting unless they chose to relocate the website to another hosting account. If we agreed to a flat rate for SEO and waived the hosting fee, then later, the SEO is cancelled, we will continue to auto draft 25.00 per month while we are hosting the website. In this status, clients have access to us for an hourly or per project basis to upgrade or maintain the website as needed.
